Fort Worth Mold Inspection & Testing
Mold inspection and testing in Fort Worth.
Moldo provides mold inspection and testing for Fort Worth homes and commercial properties, subject to availability, with remediation protocols and consulting available as separate scopes.
Start with the property.
Start with what keeps happening at the property: a stain that returns, an odor after rain, or a problem that seemed fixed. That history helps decide what the investigation should cover and whether an inspection, a protocol or a consulting conversation comes first.
Choose the right starting point.
Inspection and testing: a property assessment for visible growth, musty odors or moisture concerns, with sampling only when it helps answer a specific question, followed by written findings.
Remediation plans and protocols: a separate scope that defines affected areas, the required approach and clearance criteria, usually after an assessment. Moldo does not perform remediation or removal.
Consulting: a separate scope for recurring concerns, questions about earlier reports, or decisions about next steps.
What to send us.
The property address and type, what you've noticed and where, any leaks, flooding or past repairs you know of, earlier reports if you have them, and who can provide access. Photos can help but are optional.
Document the moisture and repair history.
Note when the concern first appeared, when it gets better or worse, and any leaks, plumbing, roof or HVAC work, flooding or prior mold work with approximate dates. Copies of invoices, earlier reports or photos over time are useful if you have them.
Plan the right investigation scope.
A focused inspection may suit one known area; a broader look may suit a concern that moves or recurs. Sampling is used only when it helps answer a specific question. If an assessment already exists, a protocol or consulting scope may be the next step instead.
Access and coordination.
Homes: note whether the property is occupied or vacant, who will meet us, and any areas that are hard to reach, such as attics or crawlspaces.
Commercial and multifamily: tell us the owner or manager contact, the spaces involved, access windows and any occupant notice requirements.
