Privacy Notice

How Moldo handles contact, account and project information through this website and its client portal.

What this notice covers

This notice describes how Moldo, a brand of Auxilium Environmental LLC, handles information supplied through this website and its client portal.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number.

Property and project details, such as the property location, property type and the concern you describe.

Messages you send us about a request or project.

When you send a request: the first page of our site you visited in that browser tab, simple campaign labels in that page's web address (for example the name of an ad campaign) and the name of the website that linked to us. We use this only to understand which pages and campaigns bring requests. This information is stored with your request, not in a cookie.

When portal access is provided: account information, documents released to your projects and messages exchanged within the portal.

Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, discuss the property, recommend a scope and review availability.

To schedule and deliver the agreed services and to keep records of the work.

To operate accounts and release documents, if and when portal access is provided to you.

Service providers

This website is operated with the help of service providers acting on our instructions: Lovable (website hosting), Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (business email) and Google Ads (advertising measurement on public pages).

Address checks for booking

If you choose "Check available times" when requesting a booking, our server sends only the street address, city, state and ZIP code you saved to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder, a public government service, to estimate whether the property is within our service area. We do not send your name, contact details, unit number or what you told us about the property.

The result is an approximate map position, not an exact location, and a team member reviews any address that cannot be matched or is close to the edge of our service area. If you prefer, choose "Have staff check availability" and no outside address service is used. The Census Bureau handles information under its own policy at www.census.gov/about/policies/privacy/privacy-policy.html

Google Ads measurement

Our public website pages use the Google Ads tag to measure how our ads perform. Google may set or read cookies and receive information such as the page address, an ad click identifier, your browser and device details and your IP address. The tag does not run on the client portal, staff pages or sign-in pages, and we do not send form entries, contact details, property addresses or project information to Google.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the tag is not loaded. You can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com/ and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Sharing

We share project information only with people authorized for that project, such as the client and the contacts they identify, and with service providers and advisers who need it to support the work, or where required by law. We do not sell your information.

Security

We use access controls and encryption in transit, and we limit who can see project records. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our professional, contractual and legal obligations. To request access to or correction of your information, contact team@callmoldo.com.

Sensitive information

Please do not send medical information or other sensitive personal details through this website. Moldo does not provide health diagnosis services.
