We'll contact you to discuss the property, scope, pricing, and availability. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
Will you inspect more than the visible area?
Where relevant to the agreed scope, we may assess connected areas, attics, crawlspaces, and exterior details. Access must be safe and authorized.
Does every inspection include testing?
No. Testing depends on the scope and the questions the assessment needs to answer. We discuss the recommended approach before proceeding.
Do you remove mold?
No. Moldo provides assessment, testing, remediation protocols, and consulting. Remediation work is performed separately.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing reflects the property, inspection scope, and any testing or additional services. We confirm it with you before booking.
