Dallas Mold Inspection & Testing

Mold inspection and testing for Dallas properties.

Moldo provides mold inspection and testing for homes, multifamily and commercial properties in Dallas and Plano, subject to availability. Remediation protocols and consulting are scoped separately.

Start with the property.

Tell us the property type, the address, and exactly where the concern is: a single room, one unit or suite, or shared parts of a building. A clear starting location helps us suggest whether an inspection, a protocol or a consulting conversation fits first.

Choose the right starting point.

Inspection and testing: a property assessment for visible growth, musty odors or moisture concerns, with sampling only when it helps answer a specific question, followed by written findings.

Remediation plans and protocols: a separate scope that defines affected areas, the required approach and clearance criteria, usually after an assessment. Moldo does not perform remediation or removal.

Consulting: a separate scope for recurring concerns, questions about earlier reports, or decisions about next steps.

What to send us.

The property address and type, what you've noticed and where, any leaks, flooding or past repairs you know of, earlier reports if you have them, and who can provide access. Photos can help but are optional.

Define the areas in question.

Homes: list the rooms, closets, attic or other spaces where you've seen growth, noticed odors or had water. If you'd like the rest of the home looked at too, say so; inspection areas are agreed before the visit.

Multifamily and commercial: say whether the concern is inside particular units or suites, in common or building areas such as corridors, mechanical rooms or roof-related spaces, or both. Individual spaces and building areas can be separate parts of the scope.

Organize earlier findings and contacts.

If there are earlier inspection reports, repair invoices or maintenance notes, share them with dates and the areas they covered. List who authorizes the work and who can open each unit, suite or restricted area, so access can be planned in one place.

Access and coordination.

Occupied homes: tell us who will be present, any pets, and which rooms need attention so the visit can be planned around the household.

Rentals, multifamily and commercial buildings: include tenant or occupant notice needs, building rules and access windows for each space involved.
